Tahirih Michot was recommended to terre des hommes schweiz as person with an ideal professional and personal background to conduct a complex evaluation. A major part of the evaluation also consisted of a field visit to learn about Humuliza, its organizational structure and its impact in the community, especially concerning the target groups. Tahirih Michot was able to carry out the evaluation very professionally. She gave a valuable insight of the strengths, weaknesses, potentials and challenges of the organisation, and she managed to elaborate precise and specific recommendations, which she not only shared with terre des hommes schweiz but also with the organisation that she evaluated. As a result of this process, Humuliza has since successfully restructured its organisation on the basis of the evaluation. The organisation has improved much as a result of the evaluation.
