Created a professional development programme (PDP) for economic development practitioners in South Africa (5 year process). Started with research of Aspire, developed a pilot programme offered in the Eastern Cape to executive leadership of regional economic development agencies. Most recently the programme was offered through SALGA to more than 80 participants in the North West Province, KwaZulu Natal, Western and Eastern Cape. The programme resulted in a dramatic shift within participants which led to reinvigorated sense of purpose and willingness to make positive impact on their environment.
Design and facilitated Action Learning sets with members of the food and beverage team at Babylonstoren (Paarl) which resulted in significant shifts in the team relatedness and productivity.
Designed and co-facilitated an experiential proactive communication programme for middle management at the One&Only Cape Town which resulted team engagement shifts.
Researched and designed the concept for a new after-school programme for primary schools (APPS) for SAEP which will be piloted in Philippi in 2015.
Designed and co-facilitated an experiential high performance team workshop with the management team of CBC (Paarl) which resulted in tangible changes in team collaboration and communication.
Designed and facilitated a strategic impact assessment for Humuliza (Tanzania) on behalf of tdh-ch, to inform their strategic direction for a 3 year cycle.
Designed and facilitated a strategic planning workshop focused on developing departmental team objectives to support strategic direction for EPRI.
Managed an oral history research project for SAHRA looking at the meaning of water which resulted in an exhibition to share local heritage through stories.
