Created a professional development programme (PDP) for economic development practitioners in South Africa (5 year process). Started with research of Aspire, developed a pilot programme offered in the Eastern Cape to executive leadership of regional economic development agencies. Most recently the programme was offered through SALGA to more than 80 participants in the North West Province, KwaZulu Natal, Western and Eastern Cape. The programme resulted in a dramatic shift within participants which led to reinvigorated sense of purpose and willingness to make positive impact on their environment.
